Processing Time

Estimated delivery times:

Incorrect Address

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied.
Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed shipment
- Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Re-shipping fees
