Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original labels and seals intact
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, you must:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

However:

  • The item must remain unused and in original condition
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We may deduct any loss in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Any duties, taxes, or fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds may be reduced if the item is not returned in original condition
